About The Role
We're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our North West team, ideally based somewhere across Melbourne's western suburbs, anywhere from the inner west out to Werribee. Open to full-time and part-time.
We find our caseloads here typically lean more toward adult presentations than paediatric, though this shifts depending on referrals and your specific locality.
You'll be part of a genuinely multidisciplinary team, with colleagues across OT and Behaviour Support, including practitioners with specialist interests in assistive technology, home modifications and mental health.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver person-centred Speech Pathology services across home, school and community settings
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
- Support participants across communication and/or mealtime/dysphagia presentations
- Collaborate with families, carers,
educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Manage a varied caseload across community and clinic
- Take part in regular supervision, peer collaboration and professional development

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership, CPSP preferred or in progress
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A team-oriented and person-centred approach to therapy
