Location: South Morang, VIC (clinic-based, plus home visits and an embedded GP-practice room)
Employment type: Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time as the clinic grows
Start date: ASAP / Immediate start preferred
Hours: Flexible — to be discussed based on your availability, with hours growing as our caseload and practitioner team expand
About Us
Rehab Right Physiotherapy is a growing, patient-focused physiotherapy clinic based in South Morang, servicing clients across Melbourne's northern corridor. We work across a range of funding streams including Medicare (EPC), TAC, Work Cover, and NDIS, and provide care through our clinic, an embedded room within a local GP practice, and home visits. We're currently a single-practitioner clinic on a clear growth trajectory toward becoming a multi-practitioner practice — and we're looking for a physiotherapist who wants to grow with us.
The Role
We're looking for a capable, self-motivated physiotherapist who's comfortable working independently in a clinic setting — managing your own client list, running your day autonomously, and taking full ownership of the client journey from first booking through to discharge. You'll be a key part of the clinic's next stage of growth, with real input into how our clinical systems and processes develop as we move from a single-practitioner to a multi-practitioner practice.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage a caseload of clients across Medicare (EPC), TAC, Work Cover, NDIS, and private funding streams
• Assess, treat, and develop tailored management plans for clients presenting with a range of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation needs
• Book, confirm, and reschedule client appointments, and manage your own diary in our scheduling software
• Follow up with clients between sessions to support adherence and outcomes, and ensure continuity of care across the full course of treatment
• Deliver Clinical Pilates sessions and exercise prescription programs tailored to individual client goals
• Perform dry needling as part of an integrated treatment approach where clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and reporting
• Liaise with referrers, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, GPs, and insurers to coordinate client care
• Work across our clinic, an embedded GP-practice room, and client homes as needed
• Contribute ideas and help shape clinical systems and onboarding processes as the practice adds practitioners
About You
• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
• Competent and confident in Clinical Pilates, dry needling, and exercise prescription
• Comfortable and confident working independently, managing your own client list and daily schedule with minimal oversight
• Robust communicator with a warm, professional manner and a genuine focus on client outcomes
• Highly organised and reliable, with the ability to manage a wide-ranging caseload and competing priorities
• Experience with Medicare, TAC, WorkCover, or NDIS billing and reporting requirements highly regarded
• Comfortable working across multiple settings — clinic, embedded GP room, and home visits
• Genuine interest in growing with a small business as it scales into a multi-practitioner practice
What We Offer
• Autonomy — genuine independence in how you manage your caseload and clinical day
• A real growth path as the clinic expands from single- to multi-practitioner
• The opportunity to help shape clinical systems and processes from the ground up
• A supportive, close-knit team environment
• Flexible hours, with scope to grow into full-time as our client base expands
