* Experience or ability to deliver of group-based behavioural change programs * Experience in and understanding of the criminal justice, case management or similar human services field * Experience in a practice supervision both as supervisee and preferably a supervisor with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and encourage others to meet the challenges of demanding work roles * Ability to engage with community groups and/or implement community development strategies * Experience or ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds * Understanding and application of theories, models and research related to behavioural change techniques * Knowledge and application of research and practices, risk assessment instruments, process their application specific to effective correctional rehabilitation * Knowledge, interpretation and application of legislation, policies and procedures * Experience in problem solving, networking, risk management and conflict management Applications to remain current for 12 months.
