What your day could look like
As a Clinical Nurse, you'll play an important role in supporting individuals, families and communities to achieve better health outcomes. From delivering advanced clinical care to coordinating treatment programs and partnering with local services, you'll help people navigate their recovery journey while contributing to a connected and supportive healthcare team.
Every day, you'll contribute by: * Delivering evidence-based assessment, care planning and case management that supports safe, personalised recovery outcomes. * Coordinating treatment pathways and specialised programs, helping consumers access the right care at the right time. * Building strong relationships with colleagues, community partners and healthcare providers to achieve shared goals for consumers. * Championing quality improvement, mentoring others and contributing to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous learning. Let's Talk About You
You're someone who brings both clinical expertise and genuine care to every interaction. You lead with compassion, act with integrity and treat every person with dignity and respect. Whether you're supporting an individual through a challenging stage of recovery or working alongside colleagues to improve care delivery, you're motivated by the opportunity to create lasting positive impact in the community. You'll be proud to see the difference your work makes in helping people build healthier futures.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role: * Current registration as a Registered Nurse and a valid driver's licence. * Strong assessment, care coordination and case management skills. * Experience working within multidisciplinary and community-based teams. * Excellent communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications and/or experience in alcohol and other drugs, mental health, rural or community healthcare settings.

Above all, you'll bring Courage, Compassion, Integrity, Dignity and Innovation to everything you do.
