Here's what will help you thrive in this role: * Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia. * Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and patient care skills. * A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships across teams. * A commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and delivering safe care. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in regional or rural healthcare and/or postgraduate study relevant to nursing practice.
