As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you'll help improve health and wellbeing across regional communities. Working with patients, families and healthcare teams, you'll deliver care and contribute to services that make a real difference.

You're an experienced clinician who combines expertise with compassion, good judgement and a commitment to quality care. You enjoy working with others, supporting positive outcomes and helping improve services for the communities you serve. Guided by Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage, you'll bring a genuine desire to make a difference.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role: * Eligible for Speech Pathology professional certification in Australia. * Advanced clinical experience managing complex caseloads. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Experience supporting service improvement and team development. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in rural or regional healthcare and/or postgraduate study relevant to speech pathology practice.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about improving access, outcomes and quality of care for regional communities.
