As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Practice, you'll play an important role in supporting patients, families and the broader health service through protected, evidence-based care. From delivering advanced nursing support to guiding colleagues and students, you'll work as part of a collaborative team focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for the community.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role: * Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions. * Demonstrated advanced clinical nursing skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice. * Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. * Strong communication, mentoring and relationship-building skills. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have an Advanced Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent), experience in aged care or rural health settings, and a passion for developing the capability of others.
