Here's what will help you thrive in this role: * Experience in operational support services, healthcare, hospitality, aged care, or a similar environment. * Strong ability to follow procedures and maintain safety and quality standards. * Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach. * Flexibility to work varied shifts and undertake physically active duties. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural healthcare or aged care settings and/or additional training in infection control, food safety, or workplace health and safety.
