What your day could look like
As a Pharmacy Storeman, you'll play an important part in ensuring medicines and essential supplies reach the people who need them. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help create a reliable and efficient pharmacy service that supports better health outcomes across the community.
Every day, you'll contribute by: * Keeping vital medicines and clinical supplies available so healthcare teams can deliver seamless patient care. * Managing stock movement and inventory accuracy to ensure safe, efficient and reliable supply across the service. * Building strong working relationships with colleagues and suppliers to support responsive, customer-focused outcomes. * Identifying opportunities to improve processes, maintain quality standards and keep operations running smoothly. You are someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in being dependable and understands that small details can make a big difference. You bring compassion through service, integrity in everything you do, and the courage to step in wherever support is needed. Whether you're solving a stock issue, helping a colleague or improving a process, you're motivated by knowing your work contributes to quality healthcare for the community.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role: * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality. * Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with a diverse team. * A safety-first mindset and willingness to take ownership of your work. * Current C Class driver's licence and the ability to meet role requirements. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management or healthcare support environments and/or relevant supply or pharmacy-related training.
