What you'll do As the Training and Adoption Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality training, adoption and support services for Queensland Health's Integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) system across the state. You will provide expert advice, training and user support as a subject matter expert, while driving the adoption of training strategies that promote consistent and compliant clinical and administrative workflows. Working closely with health services, internal teams, and vendors, you will develop and deliver engaging learning solutions, training collateral and knowledge-sharing initiatives that build capability and enhance service delivery. You will oversee training environments and eLearning resources, monitor mandatory training compliance, and provide insightful reporting on key performance indicators and service outcomes. As a collaborative leader, you will chair state-wide forums, support stakeholder engagement, manage training-related requests and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure training services remain effective, innovative and aligned with organisational objectives, while actively identifying, managing and reporting risks within your area of responsibility.
About you We are searching for someone who has: * Expert level knowledge of the user-facing ieMR solution with capacity to rapidly develop an in-depth technical understanding of the ieMR * High level of experience in training and adoption within a large and complex, geographically diverse, ICT workplace * High level of experience with Oracle Health training highly desirable * High level of interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, oral and written communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve tangible improvements in training and adoption service quality * Demonstrated success in designing, implementing,
and embedding multimodal learning collateral * Demonstrated ability to use Service Now to manage incoming requests and work within the ITIL framework for Change, Request and Problem management * Demonstrated ability to contribute to, and provide detailed meaningful reporting on, key performance indicators Why work with us?
