Are you an experienced Intensive Care Registered Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity within a leading private hospital in Sydney?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, highly skilled and clinically driven ICU team, caring for complex and high-acuity patients within a dynamic private hospital environment.

You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team where your clinical expertise is valued, while having the opportunity to further develop your critical care skills across a diverse patient population.

About the Role

Working as part of the ICU team, you will provide exceptional, patient-centred care to critically unwell patients across a broad range of complex presentations.

You will have the opportunity to work across areas including:

- Neurosurgical and neurological patients
- Cardiothoracic patients
- Complex medical and surgical patients
- Ventilated and high-acuity patients
- Post-operative and critically unwell patients
- Cardiovascular and respiratory emergencies
- Haemodynamic monitoring and management
- Mechanical ventilation and respiratory support
- Invasive monitoring
- Vasoactive medication infusions
- Sedation and analgesia management
- Renal replacement therapy / CRRT
- Emergency response and deterioration management

About You

We are seeking an experienced and passionate ICU Registered Nurse who is confident working within a high-acuity environment and committed to delivering safe, exceptional patient care.

To be successful, you will have:





- Previous ICU nursing experience
- Experience caring for ventilated and high-acuity ICU patients
- Cardiothoracic and/or neurosurgical ICU experience
- Strong clinical judgement and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable, adaptable and professional approach
- A strong commitment to protected, patient-centred care
- Current AHPRA registration
- The ability to work a rotating roster
- A preference for working regular night shifts would be highly regarded
