Our client partner is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our North Sydney office on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working full-time onsite.
This is a hands-on delivery role with the opportunity to extend based on project pipeline and performance.

You’ll lead end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects—owning cost, schedule, project timelines, and overall execution—and partnering closely with stakeholders to keep work moving, risks managed, and outcomes achieved.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage projects end-to-end: scope, delivery approach, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes
- Own and report on budget/cost tracking, forecasting, and delivery performance
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines, ensuring delivery to plan
- Drive governance: status reporting, steering updates, actions, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors/partners where required
- Identify and resolve delivery roadblocks,



escalate appropriately, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Ensure project documentation is maintained (plans, schedules, change control, decisions, comms)

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex projects (multi-stream preferred)
- Strong capability across schedule management, cost control, and delivery governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication—able to influence and drive outcomes
- Comfortable working onsite, quick-paced, and across multiple projects concurrently
- Project delivery certification (PMP / Prince2 / Agile) is beneficial (not mandatory)
