Remedial Massage Therapist – Community Care | Sydney & Melbourne

Your In Home Rehab (YIHR) is expanding, and we are seeking experienced and compassionate Remedial Massage Therapists to join our community team across Sydney and Melbourne on a contractor basis.

n

These are mobile, community-based roles providing in-home remedial massage services, primarily to clients aged 65 years and over.

n

About the Role

n

You will provide high-quality, person-centred remedial massage therapy to clients in their own homes, supporting their comfort, mobility, wellbeing and quality of life.

n

The role offers flexibility and autonomy, with the prospect to manage your own schedule while being supported by the wider YIHR multidisciplinary team.

n

Immediate commencement is available in both Sydney and Melbourne.

n

About You

n

We are looking for Remedial Massage Therapists who:

n

n
- Are experienced, professional and compassionate
n
- Enjoy working with older people in a community setting
n
- Are confident providing mobile, in-home services
n
- Build strong rapport with clients and their families
n
- Are reliable, flexible and able to work independently
n
- Are available to commence as soon as possible
n

n

Due to the specific care needs, privacy considerations and preferences of clients within our current caseloads,



these opportunities require female Remedial Massage Therapists.

Requirements

n

n
- Certificate IV or Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy from a recognised Australian training provider
n
- Current professional membership and relevant insurance, where applicable
n
- Current Police Check
n
- Current Australian driver's licence
n
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between client homes
n
- Australian working rights
n
- Experience working with older clients or within aged care/community care is highly regarded
n
