About The Role We're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team across the East and Inner South of Melbourne. Open to full-time and part-time.
This is a fully mobile role, working across participants' homes, schools and the community, with access to a clinic base for assessments.
You'll be joining a team spanning early career through to senior clinicians, with access to colleagues holding specialist skills in AAC and language and education.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver person-centred Speech Pathology services across home, school and community settings
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
- Support participants across communication and/or mealtime/dysphagia presentations
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Manage a wide-ranging caseload across community
- Take part in shadowing,
mentoring and small group support as part of your onboarding

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership, CPSP preferred or in progress
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work, so this is genuinely required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Someone who enjoys building relationships with colleagues, both socially and professionally, and sharing wins along the way
