About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to provide evidence-based services to children, young people and some aged care clients. You will work collaboratively with clients, families and professionals to support communication, independence and quality of life. The role involves travel across Metro North, including North Lakes, Caboolture and surrounding areas, with services in clinics, schools and homes.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality speech pathology assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Develop and implement personalised therapy plans and provide education and support to families and carers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and effectively manage and prioritise an allocated caseload.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation while meeting billable service targets and funding requirements.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, organisational initiatives, workplace safety and risk management.

To be successful, you will have:

- A recognised Speech Pathology qualification and Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Demonstrated experience providing speech pathology services to children and young people.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.




- Current Australian National Police Check.
- Open Australian Drivers Licence and reliable car
- Medicare card.
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A collaborative and client-centred approach to service delivery.
