We’re looking for experienced part-time and casual chefs or cooks to join our busy, modern café inside Westfield Tuggerah. For the right person, we are open to discussing employer sponsorship and longer-term employment opportunities.

This is an ideal prospect for a chef or cook already in Australia who is looking for a stable workplace, consistent hours and an employer willing to consider supporting their longer-term future.

Our café is not your typical shopping centre operation. We have a contemporary food offering that focuses on flavour, presentation and quality, while remaining practical for a high-volume café environment.

We’re looking for someone who has strong kitchen fundamentals, works confidently during busy service and takes genuine pride in the food they produce. You should understand preparation, consistency, cleanliness, service flow and how to work effectively as part of a team.

You don’t need fine dining experience, but previous experience in a busy café,



restaurant or similar commercial kitchen is important.

The right person will be reliable, organised and comfortable working within established systems. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to become a valued part of the team, particularly if sponsorship is something you are seeking.

The café operates standard Westfield trading hours, meaning no late nights, with flexible part-time and casual hours currently available.

Sponsorship may be available for a suitable candidate based on experience, performance, eligibility and the requirements of the role.
