Essential Functions of The Job

We are looking for Sr/Jr.

Business

Analyst (Insurance) for a contract of 6 months role based out of Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane.

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Skills and Responsibilities

- 5+ years of extensive work experience as a Business Analyst across multiple business areas and technical domains (Insurance industry preferred)

- Experience in a business facing Business Analyst role is mandatory

- Previous experience working on system implementation projects is desirable

- Minimum of 3 years Insurance industry experience is mandatory

- Experience working on Agile or Lean projects is highly desirable





- Experience coordinating and overseeing the work of other Client, including mentoring others and contributing to the business analysis community of practice

- Experience working on complex projects and programs of work including multiple, integrated systems and across functions

- Advanced facilitation techniques in eliciting requirements and documenting features and stories

- Advanced process and data modelling skills using a variety of modelling techniques to analyse and determine problems/opportunities/solutions

- Experience of strategic analysis techniques and principles of business and enterprise architecture

- Experience in developing business cases and project documentation such as project charters and status reporting

- Confident presenting to senior executives
