We're looking for an experienced and roactive Stock Controller to support our New and Used Vehicle Sales teams while providing administrative support to our Finance team.

About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing vehicle stock control and inventory records
- Coordinating truck movements, body builds, registrations and deliveries
- Processing new and used vehicle sales transactions
- Raising purchase orders and coordinating vehicle fit-outs
- Maintaining accurate sales, stock and registration records
- Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Supporting dealership administration and finance functions
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:




- Previous experience in stock control, vehicle administration or dealership operations
- Registration processing experience highly regarded
- Experience using ERA Power / Pentana DMS (essential)
- Solid Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A positive, team-focused attitude
