About the role

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our sandwich shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, providing excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, overseeing stock and ordering, and ensuring the shop runs efficiently.

- Managing and supporting the team

- Opening and closing the shop

- Ensuring excellent customer service

- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and quality standards

- Managing stock, ordering and waste

- Training and supervising staff

- Managing daily operations and resolving customer or staff issues

- Helping achieve sales and performance targets

About you

- Organised and confident leading a team

- Strong communication skills

- Able to work well in a fast-paced workplace

- Previous experience in hospitality, food service or a management role is highly desirable
