Storeperson / Production Operator

About the Role

This is a hands-on role involving a mix of storeperson duties and light production work in a clean, modern facility. You’ll enjoy a stable, full-time schedule with optional overtime, a competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity to work with a supportive and skilled team.

Monday – Thursday: 8am – 5pm

Friday: 8am – 3.45pm

$28 – $35 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Location: Campbelltown NSW

Permanent role | 38-hour week + overtime available

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate basic machinery and hand/power tools
- Load and unload deliveries
- Perform manual handling safely and responsibly
- Prepare machines for daily use and conduct basic quality checks
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organised workspace
- Communicate clearly with the production team and managers

Who We’re Looking For ✔ Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused

✔ Physically fit and capable of manual handling

✔ Forklift licence (preferred) or willing to obtain

✔ Eye for detail and pride in your work

✔ Experience with production or warehouse operations is desirable

✔ A team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn
