At Superyou Therapy, we're passionate about helping children, young people and adults thrive through neuroaffirming, person-centered allied health services. As a growing WA-based NDIS provider, we're looking beyond traditional funding models and creating innovative partnerships that expand access, increase impact and strengthen communities.
We're looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager (Grants & Tenders) to help shape our next phase of growth.
This is not your typical grants role.
You'll be the person connecting strategy with opportunity, identifying new funding pathways, building meaningful partnerships, and leading high-impact grant and tender submissions that support Superyou and our broader PeopleKind family of organisations.
Why You'll Love This Role
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Drive real organisational growth and diversification.
- Build strategic partnerships across government, community and corporate sectors.
- Lead exciting funding opportunities from idea through to submission and implementation.
- Work directly with senior leaders to influence strategy.
- Create opportunities that improve outcomes for people and communities.
- Establish systems, tools and processes that leave a lasting impact.
No two days will be the same. One day you might be pitching a partnership opportunity with a government agency and the next you're developing a major tender submission that unlocks new services and funding streams.
What You'll Be Doing
Grants, Tenders & Funding
- Identify and assess grant, tender and funding opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end development of compelling grant and tender submissions.
- Coordinate subject matter experts to create evidence-based proposals.
- Manage the funding pipeline and submission calendar.
- Develop strong relationships with funders and stakeholders.
Strategic Partnerships
- Build and maintain high-value partnerships.
- Identify opportunities across government, community, philanthropic and corporate sectors.
- Support negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Represent Superyou and PeopleKind in external forums and stakeholder meetings.
Growth & Business Development
- Identify emerging funding trends and growth opportunities.
- Support revenue diversification strategies.
- Provide strategic advice to executive leaders.
- Track pipeline performance, conversion rates and funding outcomes.
Capability Building
- Develop submission templates, content libraries and tools.
- Improve systems and processes.
- Coach and support teams in grant and tender development.
- Strengthen organisational capability across Superyou and PeopleKind.
About You You're a natural connector who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
You are
- A strong grant writer, tender specialist or business development professional.
- Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking skills.
- An exceptional relationship builder.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
- Passionate about creating meaningful community impact.
Ideally, you'll bring experience in:
- Grant writing, tenders or bid management.
- Business development or revenue generation.
- Health, disability, community services or NDIS environments.
- Building strategic partnerships.
- Managing funding pipelines and complex submissions.
What We Offer
- A purpose-led organisation committed to meaningful outcomes.
- Prospect to work closely with Executive leadership.
- Flexible and supportive environment.
- Laptop and mobile phone provided.
- Up to $18,500 salary packaging to boost take home pay
- $3000 referral bonuses for each successful applicant you refer.
- 3 additional Superyou Days on top of annual leave
