Job Summary

Position : Stream Leader – Credit Operations (PMO/ Project Manager)

Location: Sydney

Job Type: 3-4 Months Contract Role

Essential Functions of The Job

We are looking for Stream Leader – Credit Operations (PMO/ Project Manager) for a contract of 3-4 months role based out of Sydney.

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Skills and Responsibilities

- Define and approve (via Steerco) file review assessment criteria and escalation and decision protocols

- Detailed vendor delivery plan and KPI approval (via Steerco)

- Vendor Delivery SOP's, control and SLA's

- Missing Data SOP and vendor and WBC responsibilities, SLA's and escalation process

- Indeterminate outcome SOP vendor and WBC responsibilities, SLA's and escalation process

- Vendor File review training requirements

- File review data capture, system and reporting requirements and development with vendor (include complexity measure and missing data)

- Internal resources to manage SME coaching support and missing data process

- Internal resources to manage indeterminate file review process





- Vendor and internal (missing data and indeterminates) workflow management

- Vendor delivery coordination, oversight and KPI monitoring and management including regular reporting and escalation

- Daily, weekly and monthly delivery reporting including productivity and quality outputs

- Daily stand ups with vendors on throughput and quality

- Chair Weekly productivity and quality calls with Vendor and QA

- Chair Fortnightly quality, delivery and CI meetings (Vendor key participants, QA lead, Stream lead, Compliance & legal) coordination

- Vendor delivery in line with agreed plan (with Vendor)

- Vendor productivity, quality, QA and issue Management

- Coordinate overall plan with QA lead to ensure delivery within expectations including rapid resolution of issues including missing data and escalations in line with SOP's

- Escalation of any matters to Weekly Indeterminate Outcome Committee

- QA response coordination and issue management and resolution with Vendors

- Vendor Management and Project Operations is MUST
