TMCO is growing in Queensland and we are looking for a Structural Team Lead to build and lead our Brisbane structural team. This is a senior role for someone who wants to shape a team and a market. You will lead the technical delivery of structural projects, mentor engineers, win and grow work, and build lasting client relationships across the sector.

You will work across a wide variety of projects including commercial, retail, government,



hospitality, education, health, high-end residential and industrial, from concept through to completion, with the technical and management support of our wider structural team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and growing the Queensland structural team
- Technical leadership and design review
- Winning work and developing client relationships
- Mentoring and developing engineers
- Meeting with clients and on-site observation

Candidate profile

About you:

- 10 years+ structural engineering experience in the Queensland market
- Chartered and RPEQ registered
- A proven record of winning work and building client relationships
- Experience leading and mentoring a structural team
- Strong technical ability across building sectors
- A great personality and the drive to grow a business
