ABOUT YOU

Driving the engine room of Gilligan Group, this role takes projects from proposal through to delivery across our strategy, design and digital studio. Highly organised and commercially minded, you bring structure, accountability and momentum to a fast-paced brand agency.

As the critical link between client contracts, creative delivery and profitability, you have full charge of resourcing, scheduling and delivery discipline — working in close partnership with department leads to ensure the right people are working on the right priorities at the right time.

Reporting to the Founding Director, you're ready to step into leadership and confident to put your name on project outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the studio’s day-to-day workflow allocation across digital and design
- Build scopes, budgets, deadlines and expectations into achievable production plans
- Oversee and sign off final product to protect our high standards
- Onboard new clients in collaboration with department leads
- Support pursuits, quoting and proposal presentation
- Own our systems and tools used to track jobs, time, and status
- Track studio utilisation and job profitability inputs

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 5+ years experience in a studio environment or PM role,



ideally from a in a creative or digital agency
- Experience delivering multi-faceted projects, digital products and creative campaigns concurrently
- Hands-on experience with delivery tools, Ai approaches and ability to improve process
- A cool head with proven prioritisation and stakeholder communication skills
- Commercially minded, you are the link between delivery efficiency and agency profitability
