Working closely with internal teams and clients, you'll act as the voice of the industry, ensuring products align with legislative requirements, practitioner workflows and real-world business needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Providing insolvency expertise to support product development, testing and future enhancements.
- Guiding clients through onboarding, implementation and adoption of the platform.
- Translating legislative and compliance requirements into practical software solutions.
- Gathering user feedback and industry insights to influence future product direction.
- Delivering training, workshops and best-practice guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.




- Acting as a trusted advisor on complex workflow, compliance and industry-related matters.

If you're someone who can bring:

- A strong background within insolvency, restructuring or a registered liquidator environment.
- Deep understanding of insolvency legislation, compliance requirements and practitioner workflows.
- Experience using insolvency software and related technology platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in training, implementation, onboarding, consulting or client-facing environments (preferred)
- A continuous improvement mindset and genuine interest in technology and innovation.
