ROLE

- Day-to-day Subway operation
- Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
- Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
- Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions
- Discuss business strategy with the head office and undertake budgeting for the store
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Train team (employees) in business standards and policies.

SALARY Package Salary $72,800 ($65,000 + 12% Super) or Part-time equivalent based on skill and experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience working in the fast food industry (Subway/manager or supervisor experience will be given preference)
- Positive, energetic and hardworking




- Positive customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Flexibility with working hrs (note: at least 1-morning shift, 1-night shift is a must) - Not more than 38 hours.
- Team-building ability
- Ability to work under pressure
