This well-established residential builder have been operating for close to 10 years, specializing in single-storey, double-storey, and renovation projects. Their beautiful showroom and office facility, centrally located, provide an inspiring environment for our team and clients alike. They have a very close knit team that offer a collaborative environment.

They are now seeking a Construction Coordinator to support clients through the early stages of their building journey. This role is front‑end focused, guiding clients from initial sign‑up through to council and shire approvals, contract updates, and preparation for site start. Once the project reaches site, it is handed over to their Client Liaison.

This position suits either a seasoned pre‑construction professional or a keen, motivated junior looking to grow and develop within a supportive team. The is open to someone full time or someone looking for part time - 4 days per week.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in pre‑construction coordination within residential building (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication and a client‑focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a growing business
- Must enjoy working in a team environment
