Contract Administrator / Client Liaison
$80k–$100k + Super | Permanent
Full-Time or 4 Days | South of the River

Join a boutique custom home builder delivering $500k–$2.2m homes across Perth, alongside select Department of Communities projects and in-house developments.

Working from a brand-new office with on-site parking, you’ll manage the client journey from PPA sign-up through to handover, working closely with the Director and Building Manager.

The Role

South of the River location — ideal for someone wanting to work closer to home.

- Manage 50–60 clients in construction plus 10–15 in pre-construction
- Prepare and manage contracts, addenda and variations
- Process prestart variations
- Liaise with clients,



Supervisors, consultants and internal teams
- Coordinate documentation and support projects through to handover

About You

- Residential construction experience in Contract Administration, Client Liaison or Pre-Construction
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident, professional client communication
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a small, collaborative team
