We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. Working closely with our General Manager and Area Head Chef, you will assist with the day-to-day running of kitchen operations ensuring the highest quality and consistency of food, along with:

- Providing hands on motivational leadership and structure in the kitchen.
- Leading and inspiring the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Managing food and labour costs to achieve budgetary goals while maintaining exceptional standards.




- Working closely with and supporting the management team to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.

YOUR BACKGROUND

- Previous Sous Chef experience in a premium, fast-paced restaurant kitchen or CDP ready for the next step
- Ability to lead a team and manage service in the absence of the Head Chef
- A team player attitude with a love of food and drive for excellence
- Ability to stay calm and keep standards high under pressure
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
