Sushi & Sashimi Chef Wanted A Japanese restaurant in Sydney CBD is looking for an experienced Sushi & Sashimi Chef to join our team.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sushi/sashimi experience
- Strong knife skills and sashimi preparation skills
- Experience handling fresh seafood
- Valuable understanding of Japanese food preparation
- High standards of food quality and hygiene
- Reliable, hardworking and a good team player

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and takes pride in preparing high-quality sushi and sashimi.

Location: Sydney CBD

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
