About the role The Site Supervisor is the on-the-ground leader for HVAC and mechanical installation works across LCSAIR Commercial projects. This role is responsible for directing the site team, coordinating trade activities, managing subcontractor performance on site, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the required quality standard.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and direct on-site HVAC and mechanical installation activities across assigned commercial construction projects

- Review drawings prior to works commencing and coordinate with the Senior Project Manager pre and post works to ensure installation is in accordance with design and specification, submitting draft sketches as required

- Manage daily site operations including labour coordination, plant scheduling, and material delivery management

- Conduct and maintain site inductions, daily pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and SWMS reviews for all site personnel

- Ensure all WHS obligations are met on site and immediately report any incidents, near misses, or hazards

- Collect, review, and submit all site safety and quality documentation including ITPs,



checklists, and inspection records in line with project workflows

- Coordinate with head contractor site teams, other trades, and the Senior Project Manager to maintain programme

- Monitor quality of all installed works and ensure defects are identified, documented, and rectified promptly

- Assist the Senior Project Manager with in office subcontractor coordination and site-level procurement as required

- Oversee site cleanliness, waste management, and compliance with site rules and safety requirements

About you

- Trade qualification in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or mechanical services (or equivalent commercial site experience)

- Demonstrated experience supervising HVAC or mechanical works on commercial construction sites

- Strong understanding of WHS requirements on construction sites in NSW

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and installation details

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a site team
