Talent Acquisition Consultant / Manager | Build something exceptional in Perth

We're partnered with a leading professional services organisation with a global presence and highly respected name in the market, who is on the lookout for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant / Manager to build their growing presence in Perth.

As a key member of the Perth Team, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting and retaining talent into the Perth business to drive growth and expansion within the WA market.

You will have a passion for Talent Acquisition, a drive to find exceptional talent, and will work closely with senior stakeholders who are actively growing the Perth business, giving you genuine visibility and influence over where the market goes next.

The opportunity:

- Searching, attracting, recruiting and onboarding talent for the Perth business, including screening, shortlisting, assessing and interviewing.
- Building and maintaining effective talent pools and ensuring an appropriate mix of professionals across various business functions are available.
- Re-engaging alumni and existing professional networks to uncover high-quality talent.
- Keeping talent pools warm and regularly touching base with current and prospective talent, including when on and off assignment.
- Identifying suitability of talent for client assignments in-line with their availability.
- Developing and implementing creative strategies to ensure the right talent in Perth is being attracted.




- Co-ordinating and preparing recruitment paperwork including pre-engagement paperwork, offer letters, and extension documentation
- Working with the People & Development team to develop and implement strategies to ensure the organisation is an employer of choice.
- Representing the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities and relevant professional forums.

The right fit:

- Previous experience in similar role, ideally in professional services, corporate services, or an agency recruitment background.
- Self-motivated, positive, organised and detail orientated and able to manage multiple and changing priorities.
- You are someone who knows how to build relationships, and you understand that the best candidates are often not actively looking.
- You enjoy picking up the phone, having a coffee, driving an event forward, connecting people and understanding what actually motivates them.
