What are we looking for?

Infinity is seeking a Fixed-term Talent/HR Specialist in Sydney where you will report to the Talent & Culture Manager and work collaboratively with the lead Talent/HR Specialist.

A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:

- A proven record recruiting/inducting recent employees in the commercial construction industry.
- An understanding of construction business structures and role requirements.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills and understand what is needed
- Patience and solutions-focused approach
- Experience using JobAdder or a similar ATS would be highly regarded.
- Immediate start
