ABOUT FRMFRM Model Management represents fashion and commercial talent across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

Our commercial division, Reelfaces, represents models, actors, content creators, influencers and talent across commercial, lifestyle and brand campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and commercially driven industry professional to join our Melbourne team and help grow our talent, client relationships and business opportunities.

THE ROLEThis is more than a traditional talent management or administration position.

We are looking for someone who understands how to build talent careers, develop relationships, generate opportunities and drive revenue.

You will work closely with the Director and booking team across talent management, marketing, bookings, sales, partnerships and business development.

A strong sales background is essential. You must be confident approaching brands and agencies, developing new business, presenting talent and turning relationships into bookings, collaborations and commercial opportunities.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

- 3+ years' experience in modelling, talent, creative, media or a related agency environment.
- Experience managing models, influencers, content creators or other talent.
- Strong sales and business-development experience — essential.
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies and industry decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-facing skills.




- A strong understanding of talent positioning, marketing, casting and commercial opportunities.
- The ability to proactively find and create business, rather than simply respond to enquiries.
- Experience with fashion, commercial, influencer or creator campaigns.
- Strong industry connections across photographers, creatives, producers, stylists and casting.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple talent, clients and deadlines.
- A genuine passion for fashion, beauty, entertainment, social media and the creator economy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market and sell a portfolio of FRM and Reelfaces talent.
- Proactively market and sell talent to brands, agencies, designers, retailers and creative partners.
- Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
- Identify and pursue new sales and business-development opportunities.
- Present and position talent for commercial briefs and campaigns.
- Generate bookings, collaborations and partnerships that create revenue.
- Assist with talent development, portfolio strategy and career positioning.
- Scout and identify recent talent.
- Coordinate portfolios, digitals and promotional material.




- Research and develop new client opportunities across Australia.
- Explore potential international opportunities and partnerships.
- Support marketing initiatives and the continued growth of FRM and Reelfaces.

EXPERIENCEExperience in sales, business development, talent management, modelling, influencer/content creator management or bookings is highly regarded.

Experience with social media, digital marketing, Adobe Creative Suite and online casting platforms is advantageous.

Training on FRM's internal systems will be provided.
