Based in Milton and reporting to the HR Manager, you'll join a highly regarded Talent Acquisition team that partners with leaders across the organisation to attract exceptional talent. In this varied role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment while helping build the workforce that supports young people to thrive.
Our Talent Acquisition Specialists are trusted advisors who provide strategic recruitment support across the business. We're passionate about finding outstanding talent, challenging the status quo, and continuously improving the candidate and hiring manager experience. We're collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoy working together, all within a flexible environment that supports work-life balance.
Your role will include
- Write engaging job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates
- Review, screen, longlist and shortlist applications
- Conduct phone, video and face to face interviews
- Proactively build and maintain talent pools
- Support and coach hiring managers as required
- Conduct/facilitate employment checks and assessments such as references, working with children checks, national criminal history checks, psychometric assessments
- Prepare offers and contract documentation
- Effectively maintain the administration of candidate documentation and database
- Continuously look for ways to improve delivery of service and candidate engagement
This position is a maximum term contract until 30 June 2027.

You will bring
- passion, commitment and belief in young people
- at least three years' recruitment experience
- contemporary knowledge of recruitment, sourcing, and human resource practices
- experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology
- strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- the ability to manage multiple vacancies while delivering exceptional service
