About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven TBR Sales Executive for New South Wales to join our sales team at Hankook Tyre Australia in Macquarie Park.

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and market expansion across the TBR (Truck and Bus Radial) tyre segment in NSW.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets whilst representing our brand with professionalism and excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business performance and establish yourself as a valued member of our sales division.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the NSW TBR market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including fleet operators, transport companies, and tyre retailers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis
- Present product specifications, pricing, and promotional offers to potential and existing customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information about Hankook TBR tyre ranges to support customer decision-making




- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements whilst maintaining healthy profit margins
- Prepare accurate sales reports, quotations, and documentation in a timely manner
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for competitive positioning
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experience and retention
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility

What we're looking for

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the automotive, tyre, or transport industry
- Strong understanding of TBR (Truck and Bus Radial) tyres or related commercial vehicle products is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout NSW to meet clients
- Robust organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
