Selection Criteria The successful applicants will demonstrate:

Must be prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties;

- Be an exemplary, enthusiastic educator who demonstrates a willingness to collaborate with all staff as part of a professional learning community;
- A comprehensive knowledge of the West Australian Curriculum with the ability to organise, select and design content for effective teaching and differentiated learning;




- Demonstrates the ability to use data to inform practice based on evidence-based research;
- Knowledge and use of high impact strategies in their teaching practice;
- An inclusive teacher who can support students with diverse learning, social and cultural needs through the constant promotion of safety and wellbeing;
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills that create a supportive and safe environment;
- Understands the importance of developing positive relationships with children, staff and parents and can demonstrate evidence of such actions.
- Demonstrates a sound understanding of the content and pedagogy necessary to teach and assess the Australian Curriculum and NQS, and (if applicable) EYLF and ECE documents and Play Based Education.
- A sense of humour, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching, with high expectations for both self and students.

Qualifications Required 4 Year Trained

- Current Working With Children Check Card
- Full TRBWA registration
- Accreditation to Teach RE in a Catholic school or working towards
