Salary: The salary range for this position is L1.1 - L3.5 under the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement 2024.

About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Teacher Education Support professional to deliver high-quality education and training outcomes for our diverse cohort of students. Drawing on your school-based education support experience, you will share your knowledge, practical expertise and passion for the profession with the next generation of Education Support professionals, supporting them to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required for success in Victorian schools.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism and a genuine commitment to student success, together with current knowledge of education support practices,



policies and expectations within Victorian school settings. Your ability to build positive relationships, engage diverse learners and create an inclusive, supportive and industry-relevant learning environment will be essential to the success of our students.

About you

You will bring

- Cert IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40122.
- A relevant industry qualification such as;
- Cert IV in School Based Education Support and/or Bachelor of Education
- Diploma of Education Studies or Diploma of Teacher Education

-Graduate Diploma in Education (Primary or Secondary)

- Minimum of two years’ experience working in a primary, secondary or tertiary education environment.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Sound knowledge of current industry standards

What you'll need

Successful applicants will be required to provide:

- a current National Police Check (issued within three months of commencement)
- a current Employee Working with Children Check (or evidence of application)
- a current driver's licence where required.

Salary will be in accordance with the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement 2024 - L1.1 - L3.5.
