Remuneration package valued at up to $156,253.00. Base salary ranges from $90,177.00 to $137,861.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.

Position Information
Gables Public School is a new primary school under construction at 1 Pennant Way, Gables. The school is located in the Northwest growth area of Sydney and is expected to experience rapid enrolment growth in the first 5 years of operation. The school will officially open on Day 1, 2027 and will have capacity for up to 1000 students. It will include a preschool and 3 support classes.
Selection Criteria
1.Approval to teach K-6 with demonstrated ability to use evidence-informed practices and student data to deliver differentiated, high-quality, explicit literacy and numeracy programs.
1. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain positive, inclusive and engaging learning environments through effective classroom management, evidence-informed wellbeing practices and high expectations for student learning and behaviour.
2. Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work as part of a team, and establish effective partnerships with students, staff and families.
3. Demonstrated capacity to organise and coordinate high-quality extra-curricula programs that enrich student learning and support whole-school priorities and initiatives.
Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education,
you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.

Please note that shortlisting for this position will take place in Term 4, Week 2. Applicants are to include details of their WWCC clearance number as part of this application.
