The Role Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and sales support. You will work closely with our procurement team, warehouse staff, and external sales representatives to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and customer enquiries are resolved promptly.

Key areas of Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound phone enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers at the trade counter
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure adequate stock levels
- Provide administrative support to the external sales, procurement, and warehouse teams




- Support and promote company campaigns and monthly specials
- Assist with stock movements and biannual stocktakes
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

About You

- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Confidence using computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Previous customer service, administration, or sales support experience will be highly regarded, but not essential as full training will be provided

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
