- Provide operational leadership and management of Children’s Contact Services (CCS) and Family and Relationship Services (FaRS)
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, compliant and client-centred services
- Lead and support a skilled team serving children, families and carers
- Oversee intake, assessment, case allocation, appointments, waitlists, rosters, case planning and court-related reporting
- Provide operational and reflective supervision
- Build a positive team culture
- Support staff recruitment, induction, performance and development
- Drive quality, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement
- Build partnerships with courts, legal representatives, community services and sector networks

Requirements

- Experience in family, child and community services
- Ability to support high-performing teams delivering secure, child-focused and client-centred services
- Strong supervision, communication, stakeholder engagement and operational management skills
- Sound knowledge of risk assessment, case management, compliance and quality improvement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Community Services or a related discipline are highly desirable
- Experience in court-related services,

- Working with Children Check
- Police Records Check
- Successful completion of the Family Life Safety Screening process
