About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Team Leader to join our Compressing department on Day Shift (7am – 3:10pm). Reporting to the Day Shift Manager, you’ll coordinate daily activities, support your team, and ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a small team to deliver on daily production goals
- Allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain compliance with GMP, WHS, and quality standards




- Provide coaching and training to build team capability
- Work closely with other departments to keep production running smoothly

About You

- Experience leading a team in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment (compressing experience highly regarded)
- Knowledge of GMP, WHS, and quality processes would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
