Sora is seeking an experienced Team Leader to work closely with the Manager of Homelessness and Domestic Violence Support to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV) programs across the New England region.

Based in Tamworth, this role provides leadership, guidance and support to staff, helping to deliver high quality services that meet the needs of our clients and communities. Travel throughout the region is an essential requirement of the position.

The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week and participate in a mandatory on-call roster to support service delivery outside standard business hours. The on-call component operates on a rotating basis and may include evenings, overnight periods, weekends and public holidays as required.

Remuneration for this role will be paid at an hourly rate of between $53.42 and $55.85 dependent on relevant skills and experience. In addition, salary packaging perks are available for Sora Community Services staff, where you can package up to $15,900 tax- free per annum.
