- Remuneration: $161,241 to $168,919 pa (HEW9) (inclusive of $136,251 to $142,738 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
- Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available)
- Open to: Current staff members of QUT who have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of the fixed-term appointment. Who are we looking for? We are seeking a Team Leader, Integration to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division. The Team Leader, Integration plays a key role in leading, managing and coordinating a range of key activities and projects aimed at supporting the University’s goals and ambitions. The role leads the design, strategy, installation, maintenance, and administration of QUT’s integration technologies & platforms utilising internal teams, managed and professional services with a focus on technical quality assurance and technical innovation to the highest quality standards. This position reports to the Manager, Data Services for career planning, development, and performance expectations.

What You Need To Succeed

- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications together with extensive relevant experience within an information technology area.
- Proven leadership ability with experience in cultivating a dynamic agile team culture focused at achieving organisational goals and applying development strategies that ensure the team has the relevant skills to respond to business needs.
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills, with experience establishing own and workflow priorities and working across a diverse number of initiatives within tight and competing timelines.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain productive and collaborative working relationships, including the ability to develop and present concepts and negotiate with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven success in contributing as a technical expert as part of a team and implementing improvement strategies that support effective response to client needs, and achievement of organisation goals.
- Proven relevant experience in Enterprise Integrations within a medium to large organisation.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting Enterprise Integration platforms such as Boomi.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
