About the Role

Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a motivated and capable employees for the position of Team Leader – Auto based at our Jandakot Vehicle Processing Centre (VPC). Reporting to the Manager, VPC Operations, the Team Leader is responsible for leading a team to ensure operational activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will provide frontline leadership, coordinate resources, support operational performance, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team to achieve daily operational targets
- Promote and maintain a robust safety culture
- Monitor productivity, quality, and service delivery standards
- Coordinate workflow and resource allocation within the VPC Operation
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members




- Assist with performance management and employee development activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

The role ensures work is completed in accordance with WHS standards, operational procedures, quality expectations and agreed timelines. About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
