Team Leader, Urban Transport Maintenance (Braidwood)

Full-time – Ongoing

Position Number: 6232 Location: Braidwood The Package: $94,073.20 - $103,951.12 gross per annum+ 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 13 of the QPRC Salary System 2026) and Award increases of 4% in 2027-28 and 4% in 2028-2029.

Fulltime - 38 hours per week. 9-day fortnight conditions apply. Leaseback option available.

As Team Leader Urban Transport Maintenance, you'll lead the delivery of vital road and transport maintenance works that keep the Braidwood community connected and safe. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with team development and coordination to drive outcomes on the ground and maintain the infrastructure our residents rely on.

In this role you will:

· Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team to deliver quality projects.

· Coordinate daily operations, resources and work programs across roads, drainage, bridges and related infrastructure assets.

· Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring works are completed efficiently, compliantly and to a high standard.
