Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Integrations to lead the hands-on design, build and delivery of integration solutions across a large-scale Human Capital Management System (HCMS) Program .

The role will span legacy platforms, downstream systems, SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Azure/Fabric data platforms . This is a hands-on technical leadership position, requiring the successful candidate to lead and mentor a small team of Integration Engineers and Developers while remaining actively involved in solution design, development and technical problem-solving.

The Technical Lead will work closely with the Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Architect, SAP Architect and broader Data and Technology teams to ensure integration solutions are secure, scalable, well-governed and aligned with the HCMS Program's overall technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the hands-on design, build and delivery of integration solutions across the HCMS Program , including legacy platforms, downstream systems, SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Azure/Fabric.
- Lead, mentor and manage a small team of Integration Engineers/Developers, including work allocation, design reviews, code reviews and technical guidance.
- Own the end-to-end integration architecture and roadmap for the HCMS Program.
- Work closely with the Data Architect and SAP Architect to ensure integration solutions align with the overall program architecture and technical direction.
- Oversee integration development, testing and deployment activities across all integration touchpoints.
- Lead API design, API development and API security practices across the integration landscape.
- Lead platform modernisation initiatives, including transitioning from legacy integration patterns to modern, sustainable integration approaches.
- Design and implement integrations leveraging Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric,



Datahub and related enterprise data platform capabilities to support HCMS reporting and analytics requirements.
- Support the Data team with data integration, data-flow design and data quality considerations across source and downstream systems.
- Establish and maintain integration standards, reusable technical patterns, documentation and governance artefacts.
- Identify, manage and mitigate technical and delivery risks across the integration workstream.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for integration-related matters within the HCMS Program.
- Liaise with SAP SuccessFactors implementation partners, legacy system owners, downstream system owners and technical vendors .
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, migration activities and production readiness from an integration perspective.
- Provide regular technical status, risk and issue reporting to program leadership and governance forums.

Essential Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of enterprise IT experience , including significant experience in technical leadership, integration architecture and advisory roles.
- Proven experience leading integration teams and delivering complex, large-scale enterprise integration solutions .
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise integration architecture and modern integration patterns .
- Strong expertise in API design, API development and API security .




- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure and modern cloud-based integration architectures.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure data platforms .
- Strong working knowledge of SAP , with SAP SuccessFactors experience highly desirable.
- Experience working with Datahub or equivalent enterprise data platforms .
- Demonstrated experience in legacy integration modernisation, migration and decommissioning .
- Experience designing and delivering integrations across multiple enterprise applications and platforms.
- Ability to lead and mentor a small technical team while remaining hands-on in solution design and delivery .
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior executives, architects, vendors and technical delivery teams.
