Skill: Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the program manager, and be responsible for identifying, planning & co-ordinating tasks and deployment of best practises & techniques.

- Utilise specialist & BA skills to elicit, validate & analyse business requirements and devise functional requirements & processes

- Work with technology delivery team to identify solutions that are in line with business requirements and organisational strategic goals

- Work with the data architect and interfacing systems to identify data requirements & define interface contracts

- Produce project artefacts including, functional / non-functional requirements specification, process maps, data flows, data dictionaries,



use cases and technical specifications

- Assist with business case development, project planning & estimation process

- Provide end-to-end project delivery support, including conducting walkthroughs, providing test support, taking ownership of issues, performing continuous validation and assisting with rollout activities.

- Foster strong working & collaborative relationships with the business & technology stakeholders

Experience &

Skills Required:

- Demonstrated BA experience (5+ years) having previously worked in Senior BA capacity.

- Familiar Risk/Financial experience

- Experience with relational databases, such as SQL Server, Oracle and ability to write SQL commands is required

- Experience working on large scale projects & complex system implementations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

- Is adaptable, accountable, solution orientated and possesses excellent analytical & problem solving skills

- Experience within Australian financial institutions is preferred

- Experience with Redshift is preferred.
