Are you an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Specialist looking to work on a large-scale enterprise transformation program?

We're partnering with a leading technology consulting organisation delivering complex digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives across enterprise and government sectors. This is an exciting prospect to join a high-performing team and play a key role in enhancing enterprise ServiceNow capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM solutions

✅ Leading CMDB governance and data quality initiatives

✅ Developing and maintaining CSDM frameworks and service models

✅ Delivering Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management capabilities

✅ Supporting Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR)

✅ Integrating ServiceNow with monitoring, infrastructure and security platforms

✅ Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions

✅ Driving automation and continuous platform improvements

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years' ServiceNow implementation and support experience





✔ Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM:

- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management

✔ Deep understanding of:
- CMDB Governance
- CSDM
- Service Modelling

✔ Experience with:
- Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Security Incident Response (SIR)

✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills ✔ Experience working within large enterprise environments

Certifications

Mandatory • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Highly Regarded • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) • ServiceNow Discovery / ITOM Certification • ITIL Foundation Certification
