Key Responsibilities:

- System Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide support for Körber Warehouse Advantage (Körber WMS).
- Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner to minimize operational downtime.
- Investigate system errors, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

- Configuration and Maintenance:
- Configure Körber WMS to support evolving business requirements.
- Engagement in system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

- Integration and Data Management:
- Support the integration of Körber WMS with ERP, TMS, and other third-party systems.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to data flows between systems.
- Ensure accurate inventory and transactional data in the system.

- Documentation:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, SOPs, and support processes.

- Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, IT teams,



and external vendors to identify system enhancements.
- Analyse workflows and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency.
- Stay up to date on Körber WMS features and industry best practices.

- Skills:

- Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in WMS support, with expertise in Körber Warehouse Advantage (preferred).
- Experience with system integrations (e.g., ERP) and warehouse workflows.

- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, or related database query tools.
- Knowledge of APIs and EDI for system integrations.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.
